Overview

Autopilot Resolve is an AI-powered support widget you can embed in your website or help center. It answers customer questions using your Front knowledge sources and Playbooks, and escalates to a human agent when needed.

The Autopilot Resolve SDK lets you embed and control the Autopilot Resolve widget on your website. Use it to mount the widget in a container element, pass customer context to the AI, manage visibility, and handle identity verification for logged-in users.

The SDK is intended for cases where you need more control: single-page apps, custom launcher buttons, dynamic context updates, or programmatic show/hide behavior.
